We offer shipping across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or no longer require a product, you have 30 days to return it to our warehouse. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds; alternatively, you may opt for a store credit valid for 12 months. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned.
5. Warranties
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. To claim a warranty, ensure you have proof of purchase and that the product is within the warranty period. Products requiring installation must be installed by a licensed electrician. We may request evidence of proper installation when processing warranty claims.
6. Damaged or Short Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@ozlighting.com.au. We will work promptly to rectify the issue.
7. Liability
OzLED Lighting is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the replacement of faulty products as per the warranty terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
